By agreeing to the Digital Marketing Success terms of service, the client acknowledges that he/she understands the Digital Marketing Success team will work diligently to provide the very highest quality of services. In the event that either party becomes unhappy with the agency/client relationship or the services are no longer needed, the service can be discontinued in the month the relationship is disolved. No refunds will be issued due to the fact that when a payment for a service is made, the money is used to immediately pay all contributors directly for their work. However, all subscription payments will be promptly ceased upon service cancellation so that no further charges occur. DMS Marketing Services and Opt ins for Communication:

1. Clients and website users (hereafter called “users”) can sign up for services, opt into SMS communications or email correspondence through various forms on our website.
2. Users can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text “STOP” to the shortcode. Upon sending “STOP,” we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you. If you experience issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or reach out directly to Team@digitalmarketingsuccess.biz or by calling our team at 207-707-6717.
3. Users can also unsubscribe to email communications by using the unsubscribe link on the bottom of our email messages.
4. Please note that carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. This includes text and email. We expect smooth sailing, but sometimes things happen.
5. As always, message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider. If users pay for DMS sms services, those rates are built into the price. If sms broadcasting is necessary, the cost is $99 for unlimited.
