Should I choose Google My Business services, SEO Services or both?
This is a matter of focus. Let's break it down.
GMB is part of SEO but not necessarily the focus depending on your business.

1. If you have a business that has a strong local presence and serves a specific area, you'll want to work on your Google profile whether or not you work on other forms of SEO. This is not to say you can't be ranked for your keywords with other forms of SEO, but GMB is a big part of the picture for you and your customers, so you should put your focus first. 
2. If your business serves a region or sells in different locations, you should work more on SEO with GMB being a smaller piece of the puzzle. You should consider a combination of GMB and SEO. 
3. If your business is not tied to a physical location or sells nationally without many local customers, then again you should work on SEO and order higher and higher levels of SEO services as your business grows and you can take on more business.  
4. If your business is in a highly competitive niche and sells nationally without any local customers, you should focus on SEO and other forms of outreach to get customers like ads. For instance, if you sell T-shirts but you don't have a local store, you should probably focus on SEO as a combination with ads or email outreach to get customers. Hopefully this makes sense.

This will help you immensely to promote your business, rank your business, and get you customers.
